As a self-taught artist, Sureno started off always wanting to be a tattooist but not being able to get the break he needed to learn the trade. After many frustrating years, Sureno decided to finally teach himself.
Breaking the status quo as many artists should have an apprenticeship, he took all the knowledge that he gathered over many years getting tattooed and asking questions and began to imply it to the art of tattooing! Hygiene being of upmost importance he made sure he followed correct procedure and regulations at all times. This later gave him a solid foundation in cross contamination and infection control which he has always applied in his work ethic. After a year of teaching himself he began his first full time job in a tattoo studio and has never looked back. Through this he has grown and honed his skills to produce internationally award winning black & grey and colour tattoos as can be seen in his gallery.
